What we collect

This website collects personal information only when you choose to send it — through the enquiry form, the contact form or the careers form. Depending on the form, the fields are your name, email address, telephone number, current location, job history, an approximate project area, a curriculum vitae file, and whatever you write in the message box.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, or to consider a job application. Nothing more. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to jdc@jdc.net.in through a third-party form-delivery service, which processes the message in transit and applies spam filtering. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and embeds no social media trackers. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than a third party, so no font provider receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jdc@jdc.net.in and we will act on the request.
