Bayer CropScience’s New Bayer House on Kolshet Road, Thane — 75,000 sq ft of civil and interior work in 90 days, to drawings by Architect Hafeez Contractor.

The scheme reads as corporate rather than industrial: a white, green and blue palette carrying the client’s own identity, circular ceiling discs over the reception and lounge, glazed cellular offices along the perimeter and open plan through the centre. Ninety days for 75,000 sq ft is a rate of roughly 830 sq ft a day, sustained.
