Hard Rock Cafe, built for JSM Corporation across three outlets: Andheri West in Mumbai (7,500 sq ft, with Khosla Associates), Gurgaon at DLF Cyber City (7,000 sq ft, with Bobby Mukherji & Associates), and Chennai at Phoenix Market City.

Each is 90 days of civil and interior work inside a live mall or cinema complex — which means night working, restricted material access and a fixed opening date that cannot move. The photographs show the bars, dining floors, stage area and the Rock Shop.

The Chennai outlet is recorded in the firm’s 2013 project list; it does not appear in the current register.
