Zee News at Madhu Industrial Estate, Worli — 10,000 sq ft of civil and interior work over 50 days, with Barve Associates.

A newsroom is a services problem before it is an interiors problem: cable containment, cooling for equipment racks, acoustic separation between the studio floor and the desks, and a wall of monitors that has to be structurally supported and reachable for maintenance.

Two frames carry burnt-in date stamps from June 2010, consistent with the register’s 2009-10 entry.
