Aamby Valley’s Sahara Group offices at Bandra Kurla Complex remain the largest single Mumbai fit-out on J.D. Creation’s register: 1,41,000 sq ft of civil and interior work delivered across four floors in 150 days, to drawings by Architects Hafeez Contractor with Design Work of Dubai.

The photographs show the finished floors as they were handed over — open-plan workstations under coffered ceilings, cellular cabins, meeting rooms and circulation. The scale is the point: a floorplate of this size has to be sequenced so that services, ceilings, partitions and furniture arrive in the right order on every floor at once, and a 150-day programme leaves no room to re-do any of it.
